Nanny has taught me the importance of family, the importance of being selfless sometimes, to be non judgemental, and to live more authentically. She is an emerald thats left behind the impact of her legacy. I still feel her with us here. I look forward to telling any future kids all about her, she will always be here. I love you so much. We will never forget you. How could we? You’re too cool and beautiful. RIP Nanny

The smell of TCP antiseptic, the gift of a Mighty Max playset on the train to Edinburgh, and vigorously contested games of Trivial Pursuit might seem unlikely memories of Margaret but, for me, speak to her practicality, generosity, kindness and sense of fun. Part-auntie, part-grandmother figure, Margaret was a big part of a very happy childhood. Her many individualised photo albums demonstrated her love of family, her handmade greetings cards her creativity and thoughtfulness (I suspect I’ve had my last Valentines card from a secret admirer with familiar handwriting…). A ready listener, she also loved to reminisce about ‘the olden days’, her pets through the years, and much else besides. I will miss her. X

On this very sad day, my thoughts and heart are with all my cousin's, their children, uncle Jim, and all those who loved aunty, including me and my brothers and sisters.
So sorry that I can't be there, really wish I could, Sarah, myself and Lacey, will be remembering aunty together, but I will be thinking of you all, my heart and love are with you all. Love 💜 sunda xxx
